About Us:

Study Pro, the trading name of Computing and Programming Academy (CAPA) CIC, is a passionate non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering disadvantaged communities through life-changing skills development.

About our programme:

Our Inclusive Employment Pathways programme is designed to support young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) aged 18+ who face significant barriers to entering the workforce. Many of these young people are ready and motivated to work but lack access to tailored, structured opportunities that build both confidence and practical skills.

This programme provides a 5-day structured pathway, combining:

• 2 days of digital skills and employability training (including coding, CV writing, interview skills)

• 3 days of supported volunteering or work placements
